Do not take a P.O. Box if you ship ups and get our orders to us.

If you dont refund our money. Dont make us jump through hoops to order from you.

Paid for cooler but has not been delivered

Ordered a £350 cooler with next-day delivery. Two days later and no cooler and no contact from Yeti.

Terrible and misleading service. Useless customer support.

Expensive product. I would absolutely recommend that people find an alternative rather than purchasing from Yeti.

3 out of 10. Talked to Juan in customer service about a new product idea I had.

He got excited too. It was great I could get someone to see what a terrific idea it was, a grow with me Yeti from baby/toddler to adult. But then I saw you have a no solicited ideas policy. How do you market anything new?

Love my Yetis; got a new teal one for Mother's Day.

After explaining what was wrong with my cup and new cup , instead of help or transfer to a department. No.

Have to go to email and try to explain there. I expected more as I thought highly professional company.
